The double room was immaculate, excellent for a short stay. A roll in shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets were available there. The location was magnificent, at a moderate distance from Royal Mile.

Clean hotel with fabulous staff and perfect location not far from all tourist points, the castle and Edinburgh. They provided lots of good choices for breakfast that was included.

Amenities and staff were pleasant, the staff were ready to help. The bonus was nice room decor and good bar. Everything was great as expected, but the bathroom was quite small. Also, such main attraction as a historic fortress was 1 km from this hotel.

It had very very bad views.

Everything was very good, I loved my stay. All of the staff were ready to help. All facilities were REALLY GOOD too. Fine stay in nice area. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Piccolino that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

Top location, perfect superior double room. The bed was very comfy and it was great having iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The really helpful staff were ready to help with all requests.

Location was exceptional for my needs and staff were neat. And I liked the proximity to shops and all major shops in Edinburgh. Good restaurant and great meal. Rooftop bar and lovely pool.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor plus the bed of mine was hard.

The staff was genuinely helpful and the bed was cozy. And it also had good view. The service was all in all nice. Besides, they helped us with a private parking.
